Oregon Specific Notes

There are few classes listed in Oregon because there is only one commercial federally permitted program in the entire Oregon Cascades. This is Mountainsavvy, which is run by Glenn Kessler. Mr Kessler began this business when he was an employee of the Mt Hood National Forest. During the same time period that his permit was being issued all other programs were agressively shut down at any expense. Mr Kessler was involved in writing a fraudulent and harassing check to the CSAC.

Also beware of one day "Level 1 Certificate" classes offered in the area.
